Hello Professionals!

This month we will be organizing monthly content creation days on November 6th, 8th, 12th, and 24th where we will capture photos and videos for you—completely free of charge.

How it works:

Questionnaire: We'll start by completing this short questionnaire so that we can understand the:
- The type of content you want (photos, videos, or both)
- Preferred recording location (inside your suite, lobby, conference room etc.)
- Any props, equipment, or preparations needed before the shoot
- Platform for the content (Will the content be used for Instagram reels? Youtube? Your Website? Blog? E-books? Google Homepage?)
Please complete and return the form as soon as possible to help us prepare. Free Monthly Content Day sessions are for leaseholders only. A leaseholder may transfer their session to a booth renters by emailing or texting management in advance; otherwise the booking isn’t valid.
Time Slot Selection: You will have the chance to select a 30 minute time slot that works best for you on the designated content day. Time slots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to choose your time early. If you need more time, there will be an option to request more time on the form. Extra time may be subject to payment.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your scheduled time slot, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiting your spot for that month. You will have the opportunity to reschedule for the following month’s content day.
Receiving Your Content: Please note that I will not be editing the videos. After your session, I will upload all the RAW files (unedited footage) to a private Google Drive for you to access. You’ll be able to save the videos and edit them yourself or hire your own video editor to get them ready for posting. If you want recommendations for editors, we have plenty to refer you to.
